Overview
MG Plus Store (mgplusstore.com) is a Persian-language chlorophyll and wellness shop. The public site sells American chlorophyll bottles, multi-pack bundles, and combo packs (e.g. chlorophyll + spirulina) with nationwide delivery, product compare, wishlist, and educational blog content about chlorophyll benefits. The business already had strong Instagram traction under «MG Chlorophyll» before expanding to a dedicated web storefront.
The Challenge
Website WooCommerce orders and Instagram campaign orders used different entry points and payment models—online checkout versus card-to-card on social sales. The shop team needed one operational view: customer details, order status, and printable 6×4 labels for the packing line, without copying data between form emails and the main store admin.
Approach
Kept mgplusstore.com as the primary catalog and checkout for standard product lines. Built a Gravity Forms order path for Instagram-specific offers with fields aligned to fulfillment. Delivered a custom admin panel to list and manage orders from both channels, plus single and bulk print layouts sized for 6×4 inch labels used when preparing shipments.
Architecture
WordPress + WooCommerce for the public store (products, cart, blog, account). Gravity Forms captures Instagram-side orders. Custom admin layer merges order streams, customer data, and print actions. Instagram path retains manual card-to-card confirmation; web orders follow the store payment gateway flow.
Trade-offs
Card-to-card on Instagram avoids heavy payment integration for social-only SKUs but needs manual verification. Custom order hub instead of plugin-only tooling matches how the MG Plus team actually packs and ships chlorophyll orders at volume.
Results
One panel for site and Instagram orders; faster label printing for single orders and batches. The web store extends a proven Instagram brand (20,000+ sales narrative on-site) while keeping daily ops predictable for the shop staff.
Key Learnings
Health-product brands often outgrow Instagram DMs before the storefront is ready—designing form fields and print formats early prevents rework when order volume spikes. Bulk 6×4 printing is a small build with high impact for physical product shops.
